Memorial Day, Thanks!

Hi All,

After reading Whirly-Girll's post reminded me of the men and women deployed to protect us.

Just a thanks to those who serve and those who support them!

I agree! I am so very grateful for all the men and women in our armed forces who are out there to protect me and my country when the need arises!

I am spending the day with a gal whose husband is over there right now and has been for a long time. He is due home soon (I hope so because she misses him something fierce). I couldn't let her stay home alone on Memorial day so she is coming over to my house, we will go to the beach, watch the waves, go see a movie and just hang out together :)

Our son-in-law finished his stretch over a year ago in the Marines and a friend's son went back over for his 2nd stretch in Iraq. "Lord keep them all safe."
