i have not been able to play on g2 online for about two weeks, just wondering if anyone else is having this problem.

What can you do on line? What is the purpose? Auto contests, etc?

If you have the full version of G2, you can do multiplayer. It works best if you have a cable modem/DSL or faster but you can still do it with a modem. The way to do this is to connect to the Realflight server from the main menu and either:

1. Join an existing session or
2. Host a session

If you host one, you have the option of making your session public or private. If public, then anyone else who connects to the server will see your session and can join (you can also limit the number of participants when creating the session). If it is private, then you can pass your IP address to only those who you want to fly with. They would simply connect to the server and enter "your" IP address. Then you both will be flying together. Multiplayer is a blast and can be used for just fun or can be used as a training tool. Zak and I teach others how to do maneuvers online - great for describing maneuvers when the other person is in another state.
