I have a bunch of airplanes, and a couple months ago I upgraded to an X9303 A/S version from a DX6i because I didn't expect to fly helis any time soon. Then I suddenly became interested in helicopters, and I have a Blade 400 on the way. What are all the differences between the two versions of the X9303? I know the A/S has a ratcheted throttle whereas the Heli version is smooth, and I have already replaced my throttle ratchet with the smooth version. I can see from pictures that the "TRAIN BUTN" momentary switch on the X9303 A/S is replaced with a normal switch on the Heli version. Is this necessary, and can I change to the other type of switch myself? Are there any other differences?

Thanks,
Jake

the main differance is the lablling on the switches and my heli version has seprit throttle and pitch trims but both work well for both heli and plane

The Heli version has a smooth ratchet on the throttle.

Heli version defaults to heli when you setup a new model.

Switches are in different places. Three position flight mode is top left near front edge. Throttle Hold is top right at the back.

Trainer switch is a lever, not a button.
