Ftaba 9CHP and 401 setting

Does does anyone know how to adjust the gain setting on the 9CHP used with a 401 gyro. I watched bobs video but he's using the 7C and the menus are different.

it has been a while since I setup a 9CHP, but I think I remember.

Use the Gyro Sens menu and you can see the back left hand switch will be your HH and non-HH modes. You can dial in the sensitivity there on that menu and see ACVS and Norm. ACVS is your HH mode and NORM is non-HH mode.

Thanks that did help.......somewhat. That the menu I'm having a hrd time finding. The gyro sense menu. For some reason it's not comming up.

Press the MODE button again to get into the advanced menu.
Scroll the wheel till you see GYRO SENSE
Set type = GY
AVCS UP to about 35
NOR DOWN to about 40 and give it a shot.

Thanks, that the menu I couldn't find. I have one more setting in that sub-menu that I don't know what it does. It says Mix-Act or INH Then in offset I have an INH that seems to effect this aswell.

Leave offset in INH

You want to set the primary mix from INH to ACT or ON whichever it says, I dont have a radio in front of me.
