Heard bad things about quick, never heard of the VIP, so get a IonX.

i agree with 50 size to start up electric heli.

Get a Roxxter 33 or better a 55. Build it with the components LF-technik recommends.
You will be happy and fly and fly and fly...

Logo's is nice e-helis as well.

I have a Logo 10 3D, really like it, flies like on rails completly stock, if you want larger there is 14 and 20..

Also have a E-Raptor 50 with 10s2p setup using Garys ORK conversion (tppacks.com), power like nothing ive seen before, easy to get parts.. Easy to "convert"

I own a Quick of Japan EP-8 and it is the most awsome heli, and for the price you cannot beat them. Check this out http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=018&item=280005934910&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1 , All CNC aluminum precision heli

huh... if ur a beginner, or even a beginer to EP helicopters, get a swift, or a trex600, or maybe wait for the TT620 or the MXR500... the ionX is a pretty advanced machine...
