Finless, you are the man I dont know how people ever get their first helis off the ground without watching your vids.
How does it feel to be oneof the most famous men in the world of RC helis?

Bob, many thanks for the vids you have made. have not had a chance to watch all of them yet but will be shortly. i have saved them all so i can watch them when i am work..i am new to this hobby and i have a HDX 450 which i have changed alot of stuff on it.. (motor, speed controller and a few other things) but any ways i may need to get a different sim because i use the FMS sim and i can roll and loop the helicopter without any tail input and after seeing the vids you have made i know now i need to put those inputs in. i'm trying to learn all this stuff by myself so its kind of hard and any info really helps me out. thanks very much for the vids you are doing and i hope there will be more..

I'll join the worshipful line of Bob thankers.
Bob is now 3cms tall. He fits in my pocket and travels the London Underground with me on my commute
to work. Squeezing Bob into an Apple takes a while and strangely enough he appears to increase in size
although he is actually smaller. It's bizarre but worth the effort.
Thank you iBob, Jermo, Mercurial and others.

Wow guys... I never thought these would actually help anyone!
Do you all prefer the SIM training vids or the stick cam live videos???

Both formats are very good, Bob. I could relate to the SIM in the early stages before
doing actual flights but seeing how helis handle/should handle with the stick vids is also really helpful, especially with the mix of pilots. I'd say keep the mix...if you have the time of course.
Thanks again for your dedication with all the vids. Batteries, builds, charging,
maintenence - watched them all and would have given up without them.

I'd love to see the vids progress from controlling your first turn, thru to figure of 8s, stall turns etc.
The kind of progression a beginner should expect. But then again I am a beginner.
Its still cool though seeing how you experts just randomnly shake your sticks about and the heli makes pretty patterns in the sky lol

+1. I can do banked turns but can't quite wrap my head around figure-8s yet.

Thanks Bob and keep thouse vids comming.:)
I was wondering if you could do a reality video on Forward Flight. Im sure this is the scariest part in any newbies learning curve and the more info the better.

Try going into your browser options and deleting all cookies associated with helifreak.com. I've done this in both Firefox and Safari and was able to regain access to the videos.

DIERWOLF, clear your cookies, then close internet explorer, then go back to helifreak and you should have to log in again. You should then be able to see the videos.
Also clear your authenticated sessions, see this thread http://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=41692
