ESC settings & Programming

you could try... but it won't work on it... the ESC isn't made by the same company...

I have an Exceed Volcano esc. Xheli sells the "Exceed-RC Volcano Series Brushless ESC Programmer Device" (picture#1). However, I dont buy from them because they do not take Paypal. BP hobbies sells "Feigao Speed Controller Programming Card (FG-ESCPC)" (Picture #2).

They look exactly the same yet I always hear you must buy the same brand. Has anyone used either of these on other makes.

I have the same programmer that came with my SJM heli from RC-TEK for their sjm esc. probably a rebadge other supplier.
