Hi Guys,

I have had a 14MZ for a while, but never used my R5014DPS receiver as I had a R149DP receiver in my Raptor 50 already.

Since purchasing a new Raptor 90, and installing the R5014DPS receiver, I don't seem to be having any luck changing the frequency via the wireless link between the 14MZ and receiver.

I have checked that I have the radio configured for the G3 receiver and it's receiver ID is configured as well.

Is this a known issue?

Okay after a bit more searching, I find Phaedrus's suggestion on how to change the frequency wirelessly and it seems to work, however I don't get the "Done" at the end I still get the "Retry" or "End" if I select END and change the freq the heli is actually updated. Odd.

Oh well it's working well enough for me.

There is never a "done". The RX has no way of transmitting so you can not get a signal pack to the TX. Simply look for the throttle servo to move then push end. Transmit yes and you are good to go.

Hi Eric,

Thanks for the explanation, I didn't realise that the RX didn't have the ability to transmit back.

Cheers!
