If I am using the hacker 77 program box for Actro 32-3, do I still have to us the stick movement at first setup for the brake on/off options or just the program box can do that when I select Heli. As per the hacker 77 Manuals for Actro motor Should I put 30 deg motor timing and 32khz for the frequency ???

No, you do all the programming with the box, not the stick. In the heli controller, you do not have a brake. The frequency will not make any difference. Keep the timing to 10 degrees or less.
