When assembling the rotor head and all the linkages, should all the screws be tightened well. Or will the linkages be to hard to opperate for the servos then.

The should be tight. There are usually small washers between moving components to reduce the friction of the part touching another part.
You may need a ball link sizing tool to make the links fit properly on the balls.

espan I am also building my first Trex, but not my first helicopter. If you tighten the head to much it will bind do to the fact there arent ball bearings they are just bushings. You want them tight just not over tight if that makes sence.
