I need some ideas on how to keep the clunk line on my Evo 90 from coming off all the time. I tried the trick in the directions, and a DuBro fuel line clamp, but I keep losing the line. :arggg:

Cut a piece of tubing 1/4" long and spread over the line to add to the holding power of the nipple..
You may still be able to find a really fine wire, and twist it to the nipple too..

Are you using the stock clunk line or a diffrent type of line? I have made the pipes inside the tank a few millimeters longer to give the line more to hold on to. Never had any problems with mine.
If you are still using the stock line inside the tank think about switching to something else. Aerotrend or just about anything else will last longer and not kink like the stock stuff can.

I am using Hayes clunk line. I have tried using a piece of fuel line over the clunk line, I made the line inside the tank longer, and I tried fuel line clamps.

Try a diffrent type of line. The lates hayse clunk line seems to "grow" when it sees fuel. I believe this may be your problem. Found this out the hard way.
Also make sure the pipes and lines are dry when installing.

I used a piece of Dubro std fuel line ~1/8" long over the top of my Hayes and no probs YET. Make sure you make the Hayes a little shorter than you need it it will grow about 3/8"

I soldered a ring of copper wire to the end of my tubing creating a barb. Works great.
