Align BL35G and TP2100 BaTTery: What's the Protection Setup?

Per TP's recommendation: "Do not discharge battery below 3V per cell under load"....Be sure to set your ESC for the power cut off voltage (9V cut off for 3S packs)

I have an Align BL35G and TP2100 3S 11.1V. My question is: What should be my option under Battery Protection Setup?

Should it be set to High (70% of 12.6V~8.7V)? Medium (65% of 12.6v~7.8v)?

Any advise, please.

I read somewhere that it has to be MEDIUM... but dont hang me up on it :D

I set mine to med. but I fly 10 min flights & thats it so when I recharge I only put about 1300 mills back in the pack
