I want to get a new radio and I'm not sure which one I should buy. I will be using it for a Raptor 50 and a 35% IMAC Planker. I'm thinking the 9303 but on the JR website it states you can get a heli or airplane model. I'm not sure of the difference and need some guidance. Thanks

go for the 9303 Heli version, 5 servos and HD switch.
the only difference is the flight mode switch location and the trainer button are reversed, and the notches are removed from the throttle.
The radio will come with a manual specific to the type of A/C you buy, but you can download the other versions online.

Other than that is the software the same? Does it come with all the CCPM mixes?

All JR radios come with software for the other Aircraft types, with the exception of the older 10 channel radios. They will default to the type bought, ie: plank version will default plank, sailplane to sailplane and heli to heli, however the other types are in there, with all features and mixes.
If you are buying new, get the heli version. I used to buy my 10's all on heli and got used to not having the ratcheting throttle, my 9303 WAS a plank version I converted by removing the ratchet, and swapping the switches around.
As I said earlier, the radio will only come with a manual for the type purchased, but you can download the others.
