I havnt rebuilt the heli yet....im awaiting the release of the Aurora conversion for my rebuild.

I thought the Aurora was a stand alone kit?

He's thinking there is going to be a Avant -> Aurora conversion. Basically it would
include boom, tube drive, tail and whatever else to eliminate all the Hirobo stock stuff.

Going to need a set of frames because of the tank, new auto hub, etc......
Sure seems like it will take the Aurora kit less head to do it... best I can tell. I now he's got the new head from the pictures. Maybe Vance will fill us in.

i am kind of new to the whole heli thing, but were you flying wood blades? if so try CF blades next time if they infact were woody's

Carbon 710mm VBlades were what I was flying...it wasnt a blade issue that caused the crash,it was a brain to thumb interference issue:YeaBaby:

If you've ever seen Vance (vader) fly, you will know that he's quite capable of twisting even the stiffest carbon blades into a pretzel in flight :)
