Hey guys I would call and get reservations soon. I called the holiday inn express and rooms are in short supply. Turns out there is a national barrell racing event in the area that weekend.
Thanks

The Greenville/Spartanburg Jetport is within 30 minutes or so. Delta, US Air, etc all fly out of/into Gvlle.

Charlies (City Pickle) has the field in prime shape. The event is getting close!
News 4, News 7 and MedTrans One, a Bell 407 ambulance will be at the event this year and have their spots picked out. This air ambulance is the sister ship to the Spartanburg Rescue helicopter that crashed only a short time ago, killing all aboard.
If you are bringing a camper or motor home, please contact me or City Pickle) so that we can plan for them. An E-mail will or PM will do. We have plenty of room, just need to get a heads up!
As usual, we have the food planned and I'm sure everyone will be pleased, WE EAT! There is really no need to leave the field to get to the restaurants and spend even more money! Just keep having fun at the site.
Looking forward to seeing everyone. If you have any questions, or need anything special...let me know! bigrcr@charter.net. 864-306-8651

There should be many generators at the event. Some of them will be very quiet and can run at night without giving anybody a fit! :arggg:
I'm quite sure someone will let you tie into theirs, I would bring a drop cord though.

I have a really noisy generator, But will bring really long cord to hide it deep in the woods. So those of you needing fan power bring some long cords and you can have it.

Since it looks like it's going to rain on Friday and I can only come for one day, I'll probably have to miss this one.
I'll have to catch all the helifreaks sometime after my son's football season is over.

You should not have any problem finding V paddles at the event. I know that a couple of vendors plan on attending. There is also a great V-Blade rep (maybe more) that will be in attendance. :D
We will have a blast no matter what the weather does, I assure you.
