Has anyone had the problem with the small metering screw ( low side adjustment) on the carb of the OS50 locking up? when i tried to adjust the screw it broke off inside the carb body. i know i can buy a new carb body, but i haven't seen where you can buy just the metering screw. i guess the only option is to buy a complete new carb?

They can be a tad tight from new, however the only time I've managed to shear one off myself was on a Raptor V1, where it fouled the frames. You just needed about 5 seconds with a dremel and a sanding disk to ease up the frames a tad.
Did you realise that screw only turns about a quarter turn each side of "neutral" ?
You'll have to buy a whole new Carb, as you'll probably not get the residual screw remains out :shock: .
