I don't know why, but the sim seems so so much different to me then flying my heli, and I can't get it right!! I don't know if it is something on my boyfriends controller that is different, or if it's the computer, or me. lol. I would like to practice on the sim but I can't get the hang of it. Has anyone else ran into this issue?

It is an fms with a hi-tech eclipse. I think that it is just me not being used to it is all. Hopefully

Hey Trish - we started with fms - but then switched to Relfex XTR - what a difference - the helis in Reflex respond more like a real heli and the backgrounds are VERY realistic - but the fms did teach us a lot even if there were set up issues at times - I think the sim is a bit harder but if I can conquer it on the sim I know I can do it on the real thing.

we wanted to get that one but it is a bit out of our price range right now lol. I have heard a lot of good things about it though.

Hi FlippyChick,
You might want to look at the Tru-Flite Simulator as well? The graphics aren't nearly as awesome as other sims like Reflex, etc. but the feel is second to none. Realistic... Not sure what the price range is like, but if you'd like I could send you the CD with the program on it. Only problem is you may need to source for a different cable to link your TX to the PC (not so sure about this).
Lemme know if you're interested.
