View Full Version : EB weight????
My EB weights 15lbs dry , with FG canopy , V2 muffler , 4800 batt , reg , V 810's and 14oz of lead in the nose for balance.
How much your EB weights , I just want to know if I'm in the normal weight range or if mine is too heavy.??
thanks,

That would be about right with the weight in the nose.
Once you get a feel of it with those 810's, you'll forget about the weight!!
The Industrial Twin weighs in at 20 Lbs, and feels very light on the sticks, of course it has twice the power, but the biggest contributor is the size of the rotor disk.
Get out and fly it, tell us what it feels like.

I've got more lead in the nose of my EB than my last heli weighed all together. Yet it'll pop of the ground with more zest than the micro ever would.
15lbs and a camera mount ain't nothing to my EB. You'll see! Get that puppy in the air. Heck, strap some boxes to the skids and make moving more fun! :D

Epc2,
Mine also took 14 oz of lead in the nose for balance.

Sounds like same as mine. 14.0 pounds stock, no ballast.
