OC's HELICOPTER GATHERING
Well we are all set with the flying site and dates.
The dates for the HELICOPTER GATHERING will be the weekend of September 4th and 5th. We will be posting a list of hotels, rates, locations, and directions to the field shortly. Our event will host a couple of top 3D fliers for helicopter flight demo's. We will also have a clinic for helicopter setup procedures. Any novice fliers who attend the HELICOPTER GATHERING are welcome to use it. There will also be plently of people here to help you get that helicopter, and youself flying. Anyone past, present, big or small flyer is welcome!! If you are just getting started come on over. If you are a big 3D monster, come and display those wares.
Everyone is welcome. Atlantic City N.J. is 20 minutes away from the flying field and they have casinos, major hotels, boardwalk, beach. There are shows and clubs nightly for everyone coming who would like lots of heavy night action.
If anyone has there own airplane, or is a private pilot and has access to one, there will be a facility to park and fuel your aircraft at our Millville, N.J. (MIV) location. There will be transportation or rental cars availible. For people flying in on private aircraft, you can contact Babs at 609-293-9000. She will be happy to provide you with any assistance or information about the facility at Millville N.J., rental cars, or other information needed to make your trip a pleasant one.
We promise a good time and a unique RC helicopter meet will be had by all. Here are a couple of links for the Atlantic City, New Jersey night action located about 20 minutes from our flying site. There are plenty of hotels in Atlantic City if you prefer to stay there. There are also smaller hotels out of town a few miles with better rates and access to the flying site. We will post information concerning other hotles shortly.

We will have a free prize drawings for everyone who attends. Plenty of food and beverages. Make it if you can. If any of you guys have a devine connection, see if you can hold the hurricanes down this year. The HELICOPTER GATHERING promises to offer all a unique RC helicopter experience.
