Man, I should have listened to people. After learning that my mrc 977 charger was overcharging my Lipos, I sent it in for repair. I called before sending it and the guy said he would look at it right when it came in. I sent it 2nd day air so it would be there last friday. I call on Monday and they say they don't have it. They finally tracked it down at 3pm monday. No appology for losing it, they were pretty rude actually. I call today, this is one week later after they received it last friday and they say they haven't looked at it yet. I told them I could never buy from them again as they have ruined 100 dollars in batteries and apparently don't give a crap about their customers. God I hope someone from MRC reads this forum so I can say that "You guys offer the most pathetic customer service from people with no manners of any company I have ever dealt with"
