they are semi-symmetrical?
I used to run 800mm NHP's on my GSR20 and I loved them

I use some semi-symetric "Hi-Products" blades that are 720 with 5mm/4mm (bushings) and a 12mm root. Only things is they are Fiberglass and not Carbon. I saw some on Cyberheli but don't know if they are semi-sym's.

semis not soo good for video there DJ they are very "balooney" in the forward flight. or wind. Besides, the efficiency gains are overrated.
your mileage may vary. :!:

I used semi's on my GSR260 with great results. maybe the fact that the machine was 24lb had something to do wit it.
nevertheless they are cheap.. $72. it's worth a shot! :D

got my FK 660mm semi's today. I am 99.9% sure they are made by the same plant that makes Rotortech blades. They come in the same packaging and have the same type of tracking decals. even the planform is the same.
If that is so then I suspect they will perform awesome! My Rotortech 810's were the best set of blades I have ever run.
Weight between blades could be better though... 174.8gr vs. 175.1. Easily handled with some balancing tape.

yup. Funkey. HeliWorld has them. not sure if you will have much luck with 620 semi's. Hell..... 620 syms are hard to get now. I think only NHP is making them with V blades and TT soon to follow.

Yup, 620's are hard to find, just wasted a lot of time trying to find some.
I just looked at what you got, and those are a smokin deal at $72.
Now I'm thinking the Titan is stretched for 620's, will it also do the 660's?
That is 40 more mm, about 1.5 inches more.
I'll I care about is tail rotor clearance right? Or is there something else that would make the 660's not fit on the titan? Just trying to understand, when you stretch a heli to run bigger blades, you do it so you don't nail the tail rotor right?
Thanks

you would need to stretch to run 660's. you would hit the tail rotor if you didn't
the stretch is cheap though. $17 for boom, $9 for belt and if you want to change the gearing another $20 or so.

Thanks DJ,
I have the raptor titan that comes stock from TT stretch'd to run 620's vs the standard raptor 50 which is set for 600's.
I know the stretch is cheap, but if I stretch it bigger than the current size of the titan, then I have even more issues packing it in a vehicle, so I am trying to keep it where it is if possible.
I am already running the R30 gear, so I guess I will check how much clearance I have on the titan to see if I can squeeze the 660's out of it without having to stretch is again, or if TT left no extra room.
How much clearance between main blades and tail rotor is needed for clearance to be OK.

Where did you get the 810's from. from Rick's www.ronlund.com
How much clearance between main blades and tail rotor is needed for clearance to be OKyou want to be able to bend down the main blade with one tail rotor pointed right at it and still have about 8-10mm clearance. You can run them closer for AP style flying but one hard landing and they will be "kissing cousins"
