I got my new 450 Pro today and dont feel comfortable building and flying without watching the Finless build video first.
Anyone else like to see a Finless video on the 450 Pro?

You're going to get a helicopter without a build video one day... might as well be today. Just follow the manual and use common sense. Thread lock on metal to metal and make sure the links move smoothly. Shouldn't take more than a couple hours... double check all the pre-assembled pieces.

You are kidding me aren't you? I see you joined in 2005. You should be able to build one with out a video by now.

Yeah, looking at all the pics of the 450 Pro, I think I would take the longest time on routing wires and radio set up on the build. For example, for the head setup, there's only one set of adjustable links...
I would like to see a build/review video done though.

I'm waiting for the old info vids to be updated first.

Having seen this up close all you have to do is throw the stuff in a bin, close your eyes, then open and you will find a built helicopter.
Trust in the force, if you can read and write you should be able to build the 450 pro without a video....

I'm sure Finless will be doing a video. Give it time.
This helicopter already comes 90% assembled. Just threadlock stuff and follow the manual. Spread your wings grasshoppah.. It's time to try this on your own.

I'm sure if you sent your 450 Pro to Finless, he'd be glad to assemble it for you and also make a video explaining his experiences and how he did it. Getting the heli back might be an issue though.
Ok fella's,give the guy a break! :hammer

Bob probably thinks that since we have built the 450 we should know by now, it doesn't look that different to me. Maybe if you ask him nicely he will come round and cook for you too :)

I vote that the Pro gets it's own FORUM... Given there is hardly much it has in common with the T-Rex 450... 95% of the Pro's parts are not compatible and won't fit the V1 nor V2, then there's the Torque Tube nonsenses, head is somewhat different as is it tail and I'm not just thinking the colour.... Yup I vote for it's own forum and the fanboys stop spamming the forums with 450 Pro threads, the only thing similar between the two is the name.

Is the Pro similar in design to the 500ESP? Or is it more unique than that even?

It shares some elements like single piece frames, but otherwise the 450 Pro is very unique.

Right now I dont know if I will be doing one in the near future but I am sure I will do a vid eventually...... If Assurance asks me I will do it right away but after I finish the Kight 3D which is next in que.. Otherwise I will do one later when I finally buy one but not sure when that will be at this point.
