Well...I was trying to solder the two wires to a deans plug and while I was preparing the plug, the two wires from the battery touch and there was a spark. THen the battery started puffing up (top side) . I guess the battery are destoyed. This was a 3 cell too...50 bucks gone....just like that. What should I do?

cut the leads off of it, and set it outside away from anything combustable for several hours before disposing of it.
You can remove the damaged cell, and use it as a two cell.

If it makes you feel better Teinman04 - (I'm on a posting roll tonight!) - I'm buying cells from www.truerc.com and making 3s 2100 packs for around £13 uk pounds a go. Just thought that might softent the blow for you. The cells they sell may well be the same as you have so you could spend $6 and replace the damaged one.

hm...I can see the cell that is puffing. The other two seems fine I think. How would I fix this? It says not to open anything on the package of the battery. So i dun know if theres any chemical that could leak out while opening it. Are there any directions online that could show steps to do this? Would it explode if I charge it like this now? Thanks again.

If your electronics and soldering are not up to much you are going to have to abondon the pack. You'll just end up with a big chance of it melting your heli - or your house :(
Charging a puffy cell is a major no-no

remove the shrink wrap from the pack.
At one end, there will be solder tab connecting the cells together. Remove the bad cell by un-soldering the tabs, and re-connect as required to attach your leads.
