Default 450 Pro main shaft spacers

Did your kits come with the main shaft spacers shown on page 14 of the manual? I get about 1-1.5mm of vertical play in the shaft.

I don't have the pro but....

Don't oversnug things...then you won't be able to auto as well....when I allow my v2 a little play I get a lot more turns out of my head when spooling down....20 seconds at zero pitch from 3200 rpm's

What screws did u guys use to secure servo horns on 410Ms? Manual shows philips screws and the bag has small philips screws but wondering if washers go with it and do not find any extra washers in that bag.

Thanks

I have no play with one shim. Make sure that the main shaft is not on upside down. The word ALIGN on the shaft should be below the top bearing block, the "A" on the top.

main shaft should have 0 play. if you have play you will have violent wobble on spool down.
i needed 4 spacers on my kit???!?!?!? luckily i have a million from my yokomo cars parts. Align should have never let a kit go out that wasn't measured to perfection. I have never had an align kit that needed anything extra to make it right, especially right out of the box.
It is just a simple fix though, but to answer your question, only use the spacer if you have play. your head should still spin freely, so if it does not, then you have it too tight, take a spacer out.......
hope this helps...
