View Full Version : WE new people to Heli's and use JR radios need help!
I have a JR 8103 and JR 6102 heli radio. I am asking if there is someon simular to Bob Finless that could make a video on how to set up a T-Rex 450 heli using both the 8103 and the 6102 JR radios. The manuals that JR gives to you think you already know everything about heli's and the JR radio because their manuals leave a lot to be desired. A new person comming into flying heil's has no idea how to set up with a JR radio. Bob Finless made a excellent video on setting up the T-Rex using a Futaba radio and when you look at his video you can do the set with a Futaba radio but unfortunatly it's not the same set up using the JR so the video doesn't work. Hence we need some good samariran to come forth and help with this problem and either make a video or do a stet by step set up with these radios. At this point I would and I am sure their are other people out their that would be willing to pay for such a video or step by step set up.
Please someone come fourth and do this nobel deed. Email me at jda3@cox.net if you are willingt to do it.
Thank you,

I just set up my raptor 30 using the 6102. I like the screen so you can see your curves. If you know how to access the main screen where you can thump through all of the screens the only things you should need to change are some of the sub trims, servo reversing, throttle and pitch curves. they are the confusing things. are you using a head hold gyro? if so no revo mix is needed. throttle cut make so your throttle closes the whole way.
