XTR model downloads - don't work!!!!

Hi all, really frustrated with the Reflex site. I keep trying register there and think I've succeded then it won't accept the password I've been given. The model downloads are equally crap, to be specific after completing the download and extracting the zip files the XTR programmes puts up a box saying 'model unavailable' - so what is going on??????
The XTR programme is fantastic (when that dongle thing decides to work) but whats the use of offering really great looking free models that simple don't work - I'm right hacked off :bomb:

It is super slow. I have the updates which one do you need?

Just because you copied the new model into XTR, it hasn't been told how to find it.

After you get the Model Unavailable message, press F5, and use the drop down box for Model Appearance to tell XTR where you put the model. You may want to do that with the Engine Sound also.

If you don't understand, select one of the base models, Press F5 and see what it points to.

Ah right, my apologies to Reflex, most models do load/work, however, it should be more straight forward I feel. Tried the 'Inferno' Pulse Jet - I'm still shaky :)
