Hi all. Is it possible to shorten a TR700 torque tube at all? I'm thinking fitting my TR700 into a scale fuse but the tail section needs ro be 35mm shorter.
Thanks so much.

I think it should be possible, you should just carefully select main blades I think 680mm should do.
Maybe also slightly longer tail rotor blades as you will be losing some leverage.

Sure - gently heat the ali ferrule to break down threadlock - Dremel out the locking pin - this is really hard metal - then you will probably have to cut the TT to calculated length and peel off the tube from the splines like opeing a can of sardines - if you have been flying a while you may have some angulated TTs to practice on - I have ! Then I would JB wled and pin the end back on.
