c clip on extreme head

Hi, what's the best way to install the c clip on the extreme head. The last time i did it,: i had a hard time. Thanks

You just need to push it on with a blunt instrument or some small needle nosed pliers. I use the end of a hex wrench. Hint: Use a large clear plastic bag and put the clips on with your hands and parts inside the bag. This will prevent the loss of a clip when one goes flying. (inevitable)

I use snap ring pliers to place the C Clip on the axle. Then I take a piece of tubing that will fit over the axle that is just slightly longer than the area from the groove to end of axle. I then take the axle bolt and a washer and screw the bolt into the axle. It will push the clip into the groove . Simple and easy.
MA supplies a piece of tubing in the kits that is the correct size.
