MY JRX9303(H) CAN NOT STORE NEW SETTINGS

My new transmitter JR X9303 (h) after a month of use, cannot store any new settings.
Any time i change something and power off and on, these settings are lost!!
It seems to be "locked" to a model with some settings, but i can not store any other change.
Can anyone help me?:arggg:

Can you change model number? If you change model, can you save settings on the other model?

hello manosm1 i have a DSX9 radio from JR it the same than jr x9303 in 2.4ghz native and i have exactly same problems with you ?

hmmm i constantly observe the same problem....
charge your pack outside the tx case!!! separately!!
send your tx for repair.

Our engineer says it more than likely the capacitor that is the problem, although there maybe something wrong with one of circuit boards. Either way the radio will need to sent in for repair.

The parts will cost £5
Labour will cost £25-30


is that someone can locate this component?
