My JRX9303(H) cannot store new settings? HELP!

My new transmitter JR X9303 (h) after a month of use, cannot store any new settings.
Any time i change something and power off and on, these settings are lost!!
It seems to be "locked" to a model with some settings, but i can not store any other change.
Can anyone help me?:arggg:

I seem to have the same problem. On my screens, there is the word "VOID" on top. Do you have that too ?
