Link to T-rex setup for 8UAPS transmitter

I saw long ago a post about a list of setup screens parameters for a T-rex using a Futaba 8UAP radio.
This would help me greatly with initial setup if I could find that info again.
Anyone seen it before. It was probably not on this site.
