Because the throttle goes on the opposite side of the elevator servo, it's the same size as the cyclic servos, so you can use the same as the cyclic servo, or any mini digital servo will work.

I would probably use a 3400G or 3500G

We used 9650. Noted that because of the location of the throttle servo it is suggested that the swash plate be set before installing the throttle servo otherwise you will not be able to access the elevator output shaft.
