hello,

Before my last crash I had a good throotle curve set up for a standard eb running 710 blades with a 13 tooth pinion. I mean it was tacked at a good rpm.

My question is, since I dont have a tach since I upgraded to a eb with 800 blades and a 12 tooth pinion typically how are is the throttle curve adjusted?

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

thanks

Gary Travis set up my heli and radio, and it flys super steady.

Here is the throttle curve Gary put on my radio.

Point - L 0.0%
Point - 1 26.0%
Point - 2 32.0%
Point - 3 38.0%
Point - 4 44.0%
Point - 5 52.5%
Point - H 100.0%

I am swinging 800 mm blades on an Intrepid EB with stock gears. Gary did set it up with it in mind to be a camera ship, so it's real smooth and steady feeling. So, this may not be the set up you want for your particular needs.

Hope this helps.

Brady -

Have you carried your camera gear with those settings yet?

Ron,

Not yet. I think it's going to be the same after the camera gear is on though. I think that's how Gary set it up. I have hefted my HCS mount and it's light as a feather. The camera I'm going to use is only 1 lbs. I don't think it's going to be a huge difference.
