Scorpion HK4025-730KV + CC 85HV + 10S = Charts

Hi. I made some tests with my Trex 600E with Eagle Tree. RPM + Temperature + V + A + W
My setup is:
Trex 600E + all upgrades
Align DS610 - Cyclic
Gy 611 + 9256 Tail
ESC CC 85HV
Motor Scorpion HK4025 730KV
Align BEC 6A + 1300mAh Lipo
Lipo 10S 3300mAh Zippy-H

I made tests with 14T, 15T and 16T. The ESC is programmed all equal in the setups, with High Governor.

So, the results are bellow. I try do tic-toc and HS about 2200-2300rpm.

I would like opinions about the results. I think with 15T is the best option. 14T the heli was very week, and with 16T was very strong, but the throttle curve was with 58% against 65% with 15T. I couldn't to use about 85-90% with 2300rpm. With 14T, I used this, but the heli was very week.

from your testing results it seems the 15t is your best bet. on 16 you were hitting 2450 rpm on the head! :shock: judging by your flying style 15t is where you want to be. does the heli feel heavy with these lipos? how does the power feel?

my 600e is on 8s but i think for the perfect power system-power vs effeiciency-10s is the way to go! that is if the lipo battery doesnt weigh a lot... how much do these series packs weigh as one?

Hi, the packs have 880g. I don't think that ir too heavy. Just 100g more than 6s.

And my big deal is not puff the batteries.

Now, I will try fly without governor mode. Do you think that is a good choice?

ive never tried the gov mode on my cc85 on my 8s setup. but its flybarless and the heli has a good a good balance so i never tried govenor. in my opinion when you have a good HV setup gov wont be really needed..
