Stock Align 100 Amp ESC

Yeah, It's a 100A from an ESP kit. I bought the kit when it was 1st released last November and hadn't built it till about 6 weeks ago, so maybe I didn't get one of the good ESCs?

Amazingly, the only damage was the ESC itself, the scorched frames (which still stink to the high heavens) and discolored maingear. The battery pack just needed to be re-shrinked and seems to be okay.

I think it's pointless to put a claim in with Align. I opted for the path of least resistance and replaced it myself. Align would have offered a replacement 100A ESC, why would I want that?

Well, besides making a point to them, the ESC might just be overrated and might work fine on a smaller bird like the 450.
