I have a 9ZH Futaba. the first version.

when I charge my battery. after 24 hrs.

My Volt says 10.8

It wont go up to 11 +

And it only last 40 mins till it drop back down to 9.4 Volts.

Is this normal ?? or I have to buy a new battery for this.

Mine goes to 11.2v when charged & after several hours use is still above 10v
Perhaps it's time for a fresh pack

You don't want to get a 9Z pack, they are expensive and of low capacity.
There are just a couple of screws and you can open the pack up and replace just the pack inside with a much higher capacity 8 cell pack.

Many years ago I put an 1800mAh, 8 cell, NiMH, Zagi pack in mine.
My stock pack was 800mAh and I think the newest Futaba packs are 1100mAh.

With the Zagi pack in there I was getting 15-20 flights out of a pack.

I think with the newest cells you can get up to 2700mAh in the same size cell (I have not seen this personally but was told about it, do your own checking)

Most any battery supplier or hobby shop that caters to planks should have them.

Go to http://www.hangtimes.com

It is the home of No BS batteries.

Go to the TX pack page:

http://www.hangtimes.com/txpacks.html

Order a 2700 NiMH pack

Drops right in. All you have to do is open your battery case, cut the two wires on the old pack, and drop the new one in and solder the two wires.

2700 pack runs my 9ZWCII for nearly 10 hours.

Also, here's a discharge curve for the 1650 pack that I had in it before I went to the 2700 pack:
