No, but if you find out why let me know. I saw one of the finless video's about the 'tennis racket' effect, not entirely sure what it is but maybe thats the problem I have. I will look for some bolts that I can replace the tail blade bolts with that are longer and maybe put some more weight on it to see if that does something.
I set the gyro gain by bumping it up till the tail wags then back it off, hold's well however... if i give the rudder a bit of stick and then stop it seems to bounce. The other odd thing is if i turn the tail slowly and then stop, occasionally it makes a noise which sounds like it is oscillating. I did notice that the linkage from the tail servo to the tail is very easy to bend so maybe its applying a force to correct the drift and the linkage is bending and causing the tail to oscillate. The other thing I am goign to try is moving the gyro from the top of the tail boom to under the tailboom mounted onto the frame in that little flat bit at the bottom of the frame, not sure if doing thats a bad thing or not.
