OS 37, Hatori tuned pipe, 10% Nitro?

I recently purchased some cool power 10% nitro fuel, and added a header tank, and my shuttle can hardley get off the ground.
I am banging my head, because I pride myself on being able to solve problems and can't get this one.
The rpm range seems to be inconsistent at the same stick point from one time to the next, and the engine will shut down like it is lean. I set the carb to idle fine but the high speed needle is like all over the place.

that motor wants no less than 20% nitro. I've seen it tried, and it simply will NOT work. Give the fuel to a planker, or use it in a plank yourself and buy some heli fuel.
