whats the difference between the XP9303 and X9303? Is it just that the X9303 is a 2.4g ? is a used XP9303 worth around $350 (with 3 rx's )if its only a year old and only used for 2 flights?

2.4 GHz, and the X9303 has a larger timer display (the numbers are bigger to see at a glance).
If you want to fly 72 MHz, that may be an OK deal, depending on what Rxes it has. You want to run PCM for helis due to interference from the heli (metal to metal noise).
But XP9303s are going pretty cheap, I would look around.
