Search Function

I try to search before asking the same stoopid question again, but the search function does not seem to work very well. I type in a word, select a forum, and it gives me every post in that forum as a hit.

What was the criteria of your search? The more information you give me, the easier it is for me to fix it :)

I get every thread in the forum as a reply.

I am an adin on another similar site (for cars) and we all hate it when noobs ask the same questions over and over without searching.

I admit it, Im a noob, but I don't have to act like one :glasses2:

I think it's the method you entered the data, try this search pattern:

futaba and 9254

This will limit your return results.

If that is the case, someone should sticky a post detailing boolean logic.

You could also click the box that says search for all words below the search entry field. That is the same as putting in the AND.
