Blade CX blade tips breaking

I normally fly my CX indoors and just hover and do slow fight. The last coulpe times I have taken it outside to "wring" it out, the blade tips have been broken off. I guess that are hitting one another as they pass by but it is kinda annoying. Has anyone else had this happen to them and know of a fix? Maybe this heli is just for hovering and going between the living room and dining room

that's blade clash-happens when you throttle up to fast or in windy conditions
i have had that happen when i thought i was going to crash and accelerated
too hard- the cx doesn't do well in wind

I have found even if its dead calm if I go to use full power and full cyclic to accellerate in forward flight that the lower blades cone up into the upper blades chopping them off and you loosing control and crashing. Looks like it maybe time for you to move onto a cp :mrgreen:

I fly a raptor 50 SE but I love my blade cp for letting it hang out and not worrying much about a 15.00 crash over a couple hundred!

Well it's nice to hear that it's not my skill level (or lack of). I have a CP, am slowly moving up to it but I'm using the CX to build my skill and confidence. Once again thanks for the help, Helifreak comes through again.

HIA!!! :noteworthy Easy fix here upper blade is hitting Stabalizer cut stabelizer bar off at both ends right at weights then rebend curve in wire ( grab near the end with needlenose cause it wont bend like u think) This will fix _roger_ :)
