Hey guys. I'm almost done collecting all of my parts. I just need a pipe. Can anyone post a link for the right hatori pipe for the OS SZH pumped on the synergy? I spoke to synergy rc and they said to go with the sb18 for os engines, but I noticed that it says that the sb18 is for the c-spec only.

Another tip, if you are going to be using a YS engine and the Hatori 937 exhaust. Make sure you use some spacers to move the pipe out from the side of the engine a bit else you'll burn through your fuel tank when it is pressurized...

Hi All,

The Hatoris sold from Asia number 937 and 938 have a shorter header extension compared to the American version know as the SB18FH. You will need this version to clear the tank adequately. Or if you have the 937/938 you can use a funtech spacer between the motor and the flange.

Current setup.

YS91ST
Hatori 937 ( with funtech spacer )
Futaba 9255's all round
Futaba 611
Futaba GV-1 set to 1850 rpm idle 1
Fromeco Arizona regulator set to 6V on cyclic
Fromeco Peerless 4800mAh lithium ions
V-710mm mains
V-105mm tails
20% Coolpower (GRUNTER)

Built as per the book with no guess work, rod lenghts where all perfect as per the cad drawings

From what I here its going to be just a bit bigger than a switch, have 2 separate battery inputs deseigned for 2s2p packs, given you the option of a single or dual redundancy. You could lose a pack and a half and still be safe. A reg for 6 volts and a reg for the gyro. Its deseigned for use in a vibrating environment. And the big one if it fails it’s supposed to be designed fail to a lower voltage instead of wide open.
