I've been lucky enough to get my machines early than most :D
Here's my Setup:
Synergy N9
O91 - SZH - Non-pumped
MP2
Magnum 30% Fuel
Radix 710mm Mains
Radix 105mm Tails
Futaba 9255 Cyclic Servos (x3)
Futaba 9251 Tail Servo
JR 8301 Throttle Servo
CSM 720 Gyro
CSM Revlock 20 Govenor
2400MaH Nicad Rx Pack
Still need to get the machine weighed.
Paul
I haven't picked anything up yet but here is my shopping list for now
Synergy N9
Os 91 pumped hyper
gy611 with the servo it comes with on the tail
30% cool power
Haven't decided on pipe yet (mp2 or hatori)
710 v- blades or radix (which ever are in stock)
supplied sab tail blades
Futaba 9252 or 9451 on cyclic x3 (unless this is a bad idea, but I think they'll cut it)
throttle servo undecided
csm revlock gov
probably a duralite setup
9 channel futaba rx (pcm)
Like I said, I haven't started shopping yet so feel free to make suggestions that won't reqire me selling my kidneys :)
I almost bought a trex 600, but after the batteries and charger this was a cheaper alternative
Hey Britflyer, do you have any idea how the part prices are on this one? That alone is what caused me to walk away from the hirobo Lepton.

Hi Mike,
Sounds like a great setup there.
As for spares prices, I am only aware of the pricing here in the UK.
With VAT and such, it isn't easy to do a direct comparison of UK to US prices.
What I will say though is, for the major crash parts, booms, tub drives, mainshaft, flybars, feathering spindles, undercarriage etc the parts here in the UK are at most the same as Raptor 90 prices and cheaper in some cases.
So that is a rule of thumb to work from, I assume the pricing comparison will be the same in the US.

My Synergy:
Synergy
SAB 105's Tails
TT 710's have them already
.91 hyper with reg/pump
MP2
G3 Futaba 2048 receiver
Futaba 9255's all around
GV-1
611 Gyro
Duralites 5.3 volt
Arizona Canopy
When it comes -- pre-ordered from Rick's.
That's about all folks.
Hey Paul,
What is your opinion of the quality for this heli? And what about the price tag? Lets say, compared to a Raptor 90. I was also wondering if the 9252 servos would be good enough for the job on cyclic and throttle. Sorry for the million questions but this heli has my attention in a big way and I am just about ready to put my name on a waiting list for one in the U.S. This will be my first 90 and I want to make sure I'm happy with my decision. (not my first heli I currently 3d my raptor 50)
Frank G,
How does Rick's handle their preorders? Do you put a deposit down and pay the rest when it ships? Any info is greatly apreciated!
Thanks!

Ricks does there preordering two ways. You do not have to put anything down. You must have a credit card on file with them or paypal. Just call and say you want on the list. If you have not ordered from them befor they will ask for a credit card number or paypal account. They will not bill you untill they have contacted you to let you know that the heli's are in. They contact you first to see if you still want the heli. That is because some people have changed there minds by the time the heli's come in. After you say yes to your new heli they will bill you witch ever way you decide. If I'm wrong on this please chime in and correct me. I just got on the list today. :D
Thanks! I just spoke to Ron earlier today and jumped on the preorder list myself. He said to just order it online to get on the list. He also told me that he is only getting 55-60 kits and 47 including mine are sold already as of 5pm eastern time today. So if you want a Synergy, get on that list now! I'm not sure about how he bills but he said that there will be no charge until the kit comes in. I was going to start collecting parts first but then Ron told me he was almost sold out. Anyone know about when these kits are coming in? I can't wait!

Hi Paul,
I'm using the same setup as Ricky M, minus the cline at the moment.
Have to say I'm loving this heli, knocks everything else I've flown out of the water! :noteworthy

Are you using the stock gearing with the YS ?
Simon.

Yeah I am, I reckon it'll be fine.
Si
What is the stock gear ratio? Is it low enough to keep a OS 91 SZH happy?
