Interesting problem with 4 different batteries

I flew 3 electric helis this morning and had an interesting problem. All the batteries I used gave me 1/2 to 3/4 of the usual flight time!

All 3 Cell Lipo's all on different helis, of course. Have had great success with all, up to today.

one 2100mAh Hyperion Lightstorm 20C (10 flights total)
two 4000mAh Kokam 15C (initial flights!)
one 1450mAh Impulse 15C (a year old)

I'm using an Accu-Cycle Elite, One year old, and charging mainly from the wall using the supplied power source. Occasionally I use a 12V 7A battery source.

The display reads as it always has, always charges to a reasonable capacity.

Any ideas why today was so different? Is the AccuCycle or the inverter dead? Not holding my mouth right? Piss someone off royally that I don't know about?

Does your charger show resting voltage, or can you meter it at the end of a charge? WIthout knowing the resting voltage at teh end of the charge we can't help much. Also, what Mah is the charger showing as put-in at the end of the charges.
