Just curious if anyone flys the schedule on the sim? Does it help any?
Also anyone got a G3 field with the cones?

Does/did not help me at all. I had the reflex xtr sim and tried to fly the schedule but it never gave me anything. I only fly "3D" in the sim. The aspect ratios are totally wrong in the sim. In real life you see much more of the field, but in the sim viewport is limited. At least that's how I have experienced sims.
The best practise for me was to fly my old Sceadu EVO. This gave me the confidence to try out the new F3C schedule (I have only flown the A program so far). Here I am now a few months later competing in F3C with my Freya XSpec :)
I only use the sim to learn new moves and get the correct reflexes for flying the real thing through the new stuff. I tried years ago to use the sim for F3C but found not enough field of vision to find cones when 5-7 meters off the ground. Sim has its uses but pad work is not the best application, at least in my mind.
