I have a OS91 szh non-pumped that seems to be leaning out at about mid tank. Runs great until then. I replaced all fuel lines and clunk line last night as well as the plug and nipple that the clunk attaches to. Wont be able to test it until tomorrow. Can anyone think of anything else that I could check in the meantime? No crashes nothing has changed. Also fuel magnet seemed real slimey when I pulled it out, normal?
Thanks

Duck Head,
Since you're "looking" for the problem, as a test, why not replace the fuel magnet with the standard clunk. Also you might want to check and or replace the exhaust line and check the muffler nipple for restriction. You may not be getting tank presssure from the exhaust.
I hope this may be of some small help.

if all else fails you can try and run a header tank. that's what i did and my heli holds a very consistent tune.

Running to high a head speed will cause the engine to get hot and start to run lean, 1950rpm, about 80% spektrum/align gov setting.
I also have known about the omi magnets breaking up and getting past the standard align filters and blocking up the carb, that helped in blowing mine and a mates engine, lets just say i don't bother with omi magnets anymore and have replced most of my aline filters and had no probs since

Well I am assuming that I had a small air leak somewhere around the nipple that was sucking air. After replacing everything it seems to have done the trick. Flying awesome once again. :Bang
