Alan snapped these during the build. Nice machine, he says he loves it, hope the weather clears and I can finish work and go fly today.

It appears that Alan is running the gyro above the boom block and re-enforced the frame using the motor mount where the gyro plate is at. Great idea. Did he shoe-goo the tank as I last suggested? Also, I CA'd RDLohr's gyro mount onto the bottom plate underneath the main tank and velcro the battery there.
Nice assembling!

It looks very good! Can you tell me what the diameter of the clutch bell is?
I am wondering...may I use a clutch bell from Raptor 30 or not ?!

The mount is a chunk of an old V-Blade. Alan is Hammer here on HF, you can PM him if he has not seen this thread.
As for how it flys, Alan says he really likes it and is saying I will as well.

The align 2-in-1 is mounted on a piece of V-Blade in between the frames.

Well... It was.. but there is just not enough real estate on trays for the extra box and I got a Knight 600E and FBL Head for it.... I know I am bad.... Sorry. Mini-G and Inno Labs servo are working good, tail pitch change lever, broken. Do yourselves a favor and upgrade or at least have an extra on hand.

I did the metal tail pitch slide and arm upgrade when i built the500e . That didnt stop my tail shaft from shearing off at eh bearing last weekend. i just upgraded to TT . Also got the Mutligov pro working today with Skeptrum rpm sensor too.. normal no gov mode 1 2925 hs and mode 2 @ 3075 hs . Sunday i will get a chance to really fly and not just pop it around at the house. Still need to check temp and tune her up.
