I need more batteries for my Trex. The EVO 20 packs have been well reviewed and are at the top of my list, but I have a couple of questions about them.

I'm thinking of moving up from a 3s pack to a 4s pack. However, I'm running a CC35 ESC. Can this handle 4s? Will the BEC handle 4s?

Will the Astro 803T motor work on 4s? I'm not adverse to buying another motor, but would prefer to stay with what I have for the moment. My budget is somewhat limited.

Also, I see that FlightPower produces a 2150 4s pack, but Duralite doesn't show it on their site. The only 4s pack listed is an 1800. Are there any plans to carry the 2150 version, or is the 1800 considered to be enough?

I am using a CC45 on 4s. This should be the same as CC35.
The controller will handle 4S fine , but DO NOT use the internal BEC, you will have problems. Don't ask how I know this. Just unplug the red wire and use an external UBEC.

Joe,

Thanks for clearing up one source of confusion. Now I'm down to two questions:

1) Will an Astro 803T work on 4s, or do I need to upgrade (sidegrade?) to a Medusa Afterburner?

2) Is the 2150 mAh 4s EVO pack on the way, or is the 1800 mAh good enough?

Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? :)
