Lol, That little bug was all over the place. Saw it in the last lepton vid too. But to be honest I was rooting for the bug when you finaly squished it. Good job geting the vids out so fast.

Bob,

How does the part quality look? I'm sure it's not the same as the lepton, but from the videos, it looks pretty good. What do you think?

Thanks,

will

I have to sday the parts quality looks REAL GOOD! This aint no 450 kit......

I think having Jason help then through design and testing made this what it is today. I see no parts that scare me but let me finish the build and I will have a final conclusion.

I got mine on Monday, tonight I'm starting with steps 7&8.

I put the seesaw lever in the 'nimble' hole, I hope that's not too nimble.
Does anybody know how the Szabo/Krause setup is?

Great video's, keep them coming, I would like it build before the weekend! That is if I get my lipo before the weekend...
I ordered 2 XCell 4900mAh 3S1P.

So far the part quality looks really good, I really like the one piece balls and the glass fiber canopy.

Put it in the holes I tell you in the video PERIOD. The mixing will be hosed up if you dont.

Ok, you seem to be very certain about this one. My raptors are setup in the 3D holes, I was thinking this was similar...

Just telling you what was told STRONGLY to me by Align pilots.

Ok, I'll change it, easy, since I did not use CA on that one like you suggest in the Video!

skywalkertje,

Hot new tip..... Some of the Align pilot shave now moved the seesaw arm into the inner hole but are leaving the ball on the arm on the outer hole. They say they like it better for 3D (it's quicker).

Ok, thanks for the tip, I didn't change it yet

One more question, on page 15 it says that the tail pitch assembly is already assembled. In my case the linkage ball is not attached. I think the screw from the linkage ball is a bit too long, I think it will hit the bearing if I screw it in.

Are all the kits like this? Do you need to put a spacer or cut the screw a bit? Can't wait for the Video :) to shed light on this...

Does the "servo install and linkage setup" video link anyone to step 12, or is that just me?

Hey guys...

I sent a PM to Bob....so till he or someone else fixes it you can still view the video by changing the filename in the url of the download window from "step12" to "servo_setup"

My TREX 600 arrives tomorrow

I downloaded all the Videos (Cause im a bit of a newbie)
I know I know thats a big heli for a complete newbie :arggg:
Ive got a EP 8 V2 Quick of Japan that ive almost finished that i will get some serious training on before I even consider flying the 600 :glasses2:

You dont know it but you helped me configure the swash and the 401 today, cause i had no idea why one servo went dat way and the other went dat way till i watched the swash video and immediately saw what the problem was after such a fine detailed explanation  The 401 again had no idea until i watched your Video, it took me all day to sort it out

but it was fun and challenging

keep up the good work, im on the other side of he world and you were able to get me sorted out, well done

P.S. dont suppose you could do a Video of converting a Hyperion 3's plug (LBA6 Balancer) to a JST or 2 JST plugs, I have 2'3s wired in series that have a total of 6 balancing plugs (1 per cell) and no idea how to convert my LBA6 Balancer to be able to occassionaly balance the batterys, had i of know that there were different balancing plugs on batterys i would have got the hyperion ones and saved myself the trouble :glasses:

Any way if not doesnt matter
Well done :smokin:
