After running Futaba gyros with a 10X transmitter for quite a while I wanted to try the 7000T since the other JR gyros I could never get the performance out of. I put one in a Tempest, and one on a Raptor 50 and I have to say I was really surprised. Every other JR gyro I ever tried had a lot of drift and didn't really hold that well, but this 7000 is dead locked. So if you've been holding out for a better JR gyro, the 7000 is it.
Amen! Constant piro rate too. Got mine in a Evo 90 and like it a lot. I never really had any problems with the 500T in my Raptor 50 either.

Gent's,
I'm looking at a 7000t and would like to know how to set up the radio to work it.
i.e. Is the piro speed left and right adjusted by the Trvl Adj Rudder menu?
What is the difference between tail lock and HH?
Gyro sensitivity where is this adjusted? On the amp or in the Tx?
Do you set the end points on the amp.
I have a 9x with a designated gyro menu. I guess that it is taylored for the 7000t.
And if you have a governor, what channel do you put the lead into?
Regards,
David Read.
